Can anyone recommend a good variety of goat for meat?
I have raised boer crosses in the past to sell for BBQ but not for my personal consumption.
We are now looking to select a breed to provide for our own meat and I would like to be a bit more picky.
I have narrowed it down to Tennessee Fainting Goats, Spanish Meat Goats and Boers.
I would like to know if anyone here has any personal preferences as to which would be the better meat goat.
