Hello all,
I recently aquired my great grand fathers old single shot 20ga. My dad bought it from him for a pint of whiskey in 1972 (it aint no heirloom if you know what i mean).

Dad said he thinks it is a western auto store brand. The gun works fine but the peice that holds the forearm to the barrel is broken. I have looked online for replacement parts but i cant even find any info on the gun at all.

Do any of you know of a place where one might find odd parts for old guns?
Any help is appreciated.

You said you looked online? Thats ebay also right? You can still buy some parts to guns on there.

If I was you I'd bring that shotgun to the next gun show in your area and walk around with it and talk to those vendors that are pretty much the "gun parts" vendors. Or bring it to some of the local gun shops, and show them what you have.

Did a Google on Revelation Firearms, and found these cross reference listing of Revelation model numbers and the actual manufacture and their ID/Modle numbers...

Tuf, thanks for the reference sites,
I also had a bunch saved and lost them when the hard drive crashed (yeah, I know, back up, back up).
I have been fooling around with Crescent Arms shotguns for a while now, and have had the same problems finding parts etc.
BUBSDAD, good luck on your search, kinda like treasure hunt.............
