Yep I know you can get wool off them and they make a good watchdog for sheep and such.
Odd question. Does anybody here eat Llama, what is it good for foodwise and how does it taste?
I know they eat them in South America, but no one fesses up to it here.
I talked to a few people in my neck of the woods and apprently llamas are really cheap out here. I don't know if they are as cheap in MO (where we are going) or if you get enough meat off them to make the "cheap" intial price worth the while.
