My wife and I are new subscribers and new to the forum. We are currently building/remodeling a house on small acreage. We have 4 children from 21 down to 3 yrs old. My wife works full time in education and I own a construction management and consulting co. We are very interested in any and all tips on canning and "putting" up for the winter. Especially "free" stuff! Since we are getting ready to move we didn't put a garden in this year so we are really missing the canning that my wife did last year. We look forward to building new friendships and a new network with individuals that have the same interests!
