IMHO, use this information only if you can't restock your supply of medications.
Thought FWIW. If you have things like aspirin that are just past expiration, hold on to them. Replinish your supply, as if you didn't have them in the back of the cabinet. In a couple of years, if you still have them, and can get more, toss, then. Sorta like having a plan, and a backup plan that's only used if there isn't any other choice.
I have mixed emotions about posting this. So, I do urge all due caution, especially where prescription meds are involved. Your thoughts and opinions are welcome. If you have additional links that'll give more specific info on individual items, that'll be appreciated, too.
