Got me there. Have heard of bad things happening to chicks when the temp was wrong, or temp and humidity got interrupted. That's awful - the poor critter. They're so tiny too - not much that can be done after the fact.
Do you feed breeder, or regular layer? Just curious for my own information....

I came across a recommendation for it in some reading - after starter they go on layer or finisher, depending on whether they are for eggs or meat, and breeder for laying eggs to hatch. Of course, I read this after the eggs are laid and the hen goes broody.
I have no idea how the price compares to the other two feeds, and would be concerned this is some sort of technical tweak with antibiotics and/or hormones. So far, I have not met anyone that uses it or gotten a look at a label.

Could be several different things, but most likely not enough humidity in the incubator the last 3 days of incubation.
I put a small damp sponge in the incubator the last 3 days and check the humidity with a wet-bulb thermometer.
