heat cycles of a goat

I am waiting for my Saanen to come into heat. she just does not show any signs. any advice? thanks.

Do you have a buck? I find it much easier if you have a buck on the farm! I pen my buck next to the does (only the ones I want to breed as it's not recomended to do that to milking or nursing does) and he will bring them into heat! You will see them go and visit the buck and wiggle their tails! they also, but I find it hard to see all the time, have a discharge and their vaginal area gets a little crust.
