Ford 861 diesel clutches

Anyone ever change out the clutches in one of these tractors? I have one and the second clutch seems to be worn....any more, the pto never fully disengages. I'm to the point where I have to put the pto in gear before starting the tractor to avoid grinding gears.

There should be an adjustment for the second clutch, but i have never done it on that model tractor. Perhaps you already tried that?
