Yep this one is from my Gramma. Didn't pay enough attention to what she was doing on my visits appearantly because I don't remember her using this but it was obviously used :)

You can still buy those at most any hardwear or sporting goods store today

I have one similar to that but I don't have cutting wheels that coarse except for the bottom one. That looks like what my manual calls a medium grind.
