I'm looking into moving to the Machias / Bar Harbor area. Anyone on here can give me some info about the area?

Not much technical info but I think they have a web site-Maine is beautiful if you can stand the weather-Despite my grumblings, I DO love New England-the land I mean.

Yep, I've seen the website, beautiful!!! Then I read how much snow they get - turned me off fast! lol

Looking elsewhere in the nation at the moment. Thanks though.
