It looks like I will be taking a new job in Ashtabula this June. Is there land available or small farms? I am looking for a fixer upper. Have a great weekend.

Yes there is, but not sure how available it is. My Brother in lay bought 150acres not to long ago. He said there was more there. They do get a lot of snow over there in the snow belt. Also when checking it out be careful and check out if it is in a flood plain. Don't know how important that might be there.
