We just watched this on netflix tonight and it is VERY good.I would highly recommend this to everyone. Really helps you think about where your food comes from and how it got to you.

Sure made me realize how much I want to be self reliant! Yikes!

I saw an add about this movie but forgot all about it. Being vegan I wanted to see it and how it portrays food in general. Thanks for the reminder!!

I used to be vegan. Glad to help on the reminder, it was very good I thought.
