Ever have your cast bullets stick in the mold even though you have done the candle smoke trick? Try dry graphite.It's available at your local hardware store.
Use a small brush to dust your mold and start casting. If bullets start to stick, dust a light coat on again. In a really long (500+) session, I may have to re-coat twice.

I've thought about using #2 pencil lead...should work.

Pencil lead has a lot of clay to hold the charcoal in place.
If you are using moly try a lubed bullet in the mold.
