I was wondering if anyone has good sourdough roll recipes? Hubby likes those more instead of loaf bread. Also are there any recipes where you don't have to knead for very long? I don't have a mixer and fibromyalgia makes it hard for me to knead.

I made sourdough biscuits tonight and they were GOOD :D.

Thanks again! :)

I have this written down but I can't remember where from:
Rolls from Sourdough

* 2 c All-purpose flour
* 1/4 ts Baking soda
* 2 ts Baking powder
* 1/4 ts Salt
* 1 c Sourdough starter
* 1/4 c Vegetable oil

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in sourdough starter and oil. Turn dough out on a floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes. Shape dough into 2-inch balls. Place in greased pan. Let rise, covered, for 30-40 minuts. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Source: Fannie Johnson,
