OK you guess because I already know. I just picked it up today at a small gun shop where a friend of mine works. An interesting engineer's work.

OK the pictures are fixed but now I have nothing that says post reply or handle attachments. Somehow I must have pushed the wrong button

Why not try this:

1 Tell us what it is

2 Then each of us can describe it in minute detail

3 Best description wins (IT)

OKAY?

:sarcastic:

Now, lets see ya guess what brand this rifle is, and what cartridge it shoots! The "bonus" question is, what brand is the ammo?

I'll go with 9.3x74R Norma (Oryx), probably wrong but worth a guess. :)

What is flat, bloody, and only identifiable by DNA?

The last guy who shot an elephant with a 9.3 X 74R

DM

Almost true... I know a few guys on line that have flattened elephants with their 9.3x74R's, and several more that have killed numerous cape buffalo with them.

It's really all about penetration on elephant, even though the 9.3 IS on the light side. It is enough for buffalo though, but you better hit them right...

Our deer season is winding down, and i have too many does here on my place. So, i'm thinking about taking one with my double. The NP bullet is perfect for that job, and that ammo shoots very good in my DR.

My vote is for BFG.............
Heard they were gonna re-create the woolly mammoth from DNA, need to get ready for the season.

I wouldn't recommend it, but I do recall reading about some bubba that would get and elephant to charge him, then step aside at the last second and bust him with a .303 behind the ear.

Just looked it up, gotta love Google...
