Help with breed ID/heeler?

We found this little gal on the side of the road- eyewitness said she was intentionally left there. We think maybe she is a heeler, overall red/brown with white boots and tail tip. ???

My guess would be mixed breed. Yes, some heeler, possibly even part dingo. Have friend who owns a female dingo, and she is a weird one. Good dog, just some strange ways. He also has had some heelers,both red, and blue. The two breeds are somewhat similar though. The dingo is from Australia.

Thanks Rick - yea she is a weird one alright! Mostly just really hyperactive. Hoping when we get her 'fixed' she may settle down a little.
