I am going out on a limb and asking if anyone knows it. When I was a kid which was say twenty five years ago I would get the highlights magazine. They had a recipe which called for peanut butter with crunched up corn flakes and you would roll them up together in a ball. Unfortunatly thats all I remember about it. Does anyone remember the Recipe? Thanks.

Hmmmm.....going out on a limb here, but it KIND of sounds like peanut butter balls to me. here's how i make these yummy devils:
2/3 cup peanut butter
1-2 cups powdered sugar (start at one & work your way to your desired consistancy & taste!)
4ish TBS butter/margarine
1-2 cups of rice crispies or crunched up corn flakes (again with that consistancy & taste thing.)

mix it all together & then form into balls. you can even dip them into almond bark if you want a chocolate taste to it! OR sandwich it between 2 ritz crackers.....or cover those with almond bark.....or screw making the balls & give everyone a spoon since they won't last long anyways. XD

We tried the recipe it was good but still not it. I talked to my mom about it and she remembered the powdered milk so with those ingredients and a search engine my wife found it.

one cup corn flakes crushed
one cup powdered milk
one cup peanut butter
one cup honey
mix into balls and refrigerate

she made them and they are just liked I remembered.
