Old cell phone use

We have several handheld cell phones that we have collected over the years after the contract ran out we would upgrade to a newer phone. I am putting these back to use by putting them in BOB's and glovebox of our vehicles. Cell phones even out of service will still dial 911. I am also looking for more hand crank cell phone chargers for the bugout bags.
