Has anyone came across any chainsaw mill plans or have some that are worth a darn???

Check your library for a copy of Chainsaw Lumbermaking by Will Malloff.
It's an excellent book that contains both basic and advanced chainsaw mill plans.
Also cleariy explains how to convert standard crosscut chain into ripping chain.
