Any fish farmers here?

I would like to hear about fish farming, everything from making a pond to the full up aquaculture fish farm (like I saw at the local trout farm).

I'm thinking tilapia or fresh water prawns.

Anyone do such a thing?

We raised rainbow trout here in my ponds when i was young, as this was our family farm back then. Really they were my dad's fish, and as i majored in agriculture, i wrote a paper on takeing care of them ect. ect. as an ag project. DANG that a long time ago now... lol
