I can vouch for 1 of the places advertised below. The place I lived in was insulated and reroofed, did need new chimneys, remote (1 parttime homesteader in the valley), 3 ponds nearby, old farms with apple trees still producing. Only downfall was you could hear the interstate during rush hour. Must be self reliant as jobs are quite a distance away and low wages. I'd still be there but the wages in the area were not fitting with the rent. If I had a roommate it would have been wonderful and I'd go back in a heartbeat.
