This Year I Started From Seeds And They Are Starting To Come Out Good But The Roots Are Coming Out Of The Peat Pods. Is This Normal?

I would say having a lot of roots is a good thing.
But it sounds like it's time ti move them to a bigger pot or pm.

what he said - lots of roots are great unless they get pot bound and then the litle roots have a hard time untangling themselves - pot those babies up into bigger pots.
