What do you folks think about monochromatic night lights and "light trespass"?-Kevin Well I'm kinda picking on mercury vapor lamps-they do make Hubble shields and shades for those things,its hard to stargaze with those things glaring in your eyes-Maybe its just me,I like the dark-Kevin

I don't know anything about "monochromatic night lights" - would that be a colored light as opposed to a white one? (Yellow light bulbs that repel bugs, or red light bulbs that attract creeps?) ;D

Light tresspass, that I do know about. Right after I got my new home built in the country, a neighbor leased a bit of high land to a broadcast tower that had a brilliant strobe on top - and many neighbors were sorely tempted to target practice on it. It's just not something you expect in the country.
