I'm looking for house plans that:

ARE: practical, suitable for off-grid farm life, simple design, can integrate a basement shelter,

ARE NOT: a McMansion, a 14' x 14' cabin

I'm not having much luck. I can design my own but was hoping for some good ideas from others.

Check your big box lumbar stores,bookstores,or wherever you buy books,they usually have all kinds of books to cover anything you want to do

We built our cabin 14x28 from country plans and are now adding on withplans from them they are helpfull and have a great forum
