New to this site, but long time homesteader and off gridder (?). I'm involved in the Ski Industry and build off road vehicles.

Wow, great photo, welcome to the forum! Now that is some snow; is that from earlier this year? When hubby was up hunting in December there wasn't any snow to bring the elk down from the mountains. I hear you had some after that. You are really UP there in the mountains! Great view!!

No, that snow was from 2 years ago, which was possibly the most snow we've had in a hundred years. There was seven feet of the white stuff on the ground when that pic was taken. I am shoveling off the barn roof.
