Ok, Hi again. Because of computer problems and having to get a new one and only geing able to have Gmail at this time, I'm using my work computers to get back with ya all. AKA offgridbob. Besides I needed a little break to gather some thoughts about the currant political situation. To much anger was welling up. I did get a case off the diabetis though but have that under control with a pill , change of eating habits ,and feel a whole lot better now. My DW has had to learn to cook all over again.

It sure is good to have you back. It's so wunnerful you found out about your health issue and are taking steps to be healthy. You have a fine woman there, who is willing to rethink all of her cooking to accommodate your needs. That's one of the biggest hurdles, IMHO.
