Looking for links for free pdf for 9 yr old.Where we live getting books shipped in is very costly.Farm boy and likes survival series .Any Hardy Boys or Box Car children ,My side of The Mountain etc ?

Go to guetenberg, download the book, then copy the text and paste it onto your word processing program. You can print out one chapter at a time in any size font you like. I did that for years and years for school It only costs ink. Just search for the authors of book series you like. I also downloaded the primers and printed them for the kids and the Noah Webster Speller. You can just print the parts you need and manipulate the pages printed if you simply use a wps program like open office or Word.
