I liked that woodstove but I would have liked to know if this is on a lakeside lot with lots of restrictions or whether or not there is any land with it, etc. I don't think they gave enough info to actually sell it except to someone who would mess it up by "fixing it" to be modern then reselling it at a much higher price. Or am I just being a pessimist?

Well, I have a Monarch stove just like them, so now I just have to refit my cabin just like them.
