HI RMG
Is that the piece of property you're buying, or a prospect? Looks nice! What state and elevation is it? Please tell us what you want to do with it.

This is a prospect located in Colorado. *I would estimate elivation at around 8500 (don't have full spec's on it). *Mountain in the background is Pikes Peak. *Right now we are really concentrating on have our land for bug out purposes with eventual goal of buliding a home there. *Land here is pretty pricey - so we are taking our time. *
Here's another, borders BLM land and is in southern CO - mountains are the Sangre de Cristos http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3269/2810574577_fa08df83b8_m.jpg

Looks like we could end up being neighbors. The one we are looking at is over in Westcliffe, CO. It's a little over 10.5 acres and is nicely treed, no well, septic, phone or power. In fact it has nothing but rocks and trees which is fine by me cause we can afford that and start moving as we can afford putting in the rest. Let's get to know each other and share some info.
