People Wising To Live On A Homestead ????

I Have a homestead and was wondering is there eny Good People out there that would Like to live here in the east texas piney woods and help out for staying here . There is a very big lake here for fishing , swimming and boating , as well as a big national forest for hiking , biking and hunting . And 25 + years learning and practicing Homesteading on my land and for people i care taked , there land for , And finding No one inerested in doing this with me . I have Desided to sell some of my other land , rent this big 4 bed room house , with its big garden areas , barn and pond out . Buy a 40' sail boat and sail off in to the sun set along the coast , spending my time Thanking God for All and filling my sole with God's Holy Gost and learning to walk in the shadow of Jesus and helping others do the same ,,,,,,,, GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU HOMESTEADER"S And remember one big defeating facter in homesteading that homesteader's of the past dident have ,,,,, THE GOVERMENT , BIG BUINESS , and Satin working to devide and enslave you ,,, Devide And Concker , is there moto . Sucsesfull homesteads now and in the past had one big thang on there side , WORKING TO GETHER FOR A COMINE GOLD , AND THATS HOW THAY GOT THE GOLD . Relizing thay whernt perfect , and working together thay can build a more perfect world , like i know my spelling and grammer is not very good , and that i need help with it and other things in life , but even with all my weknness I have steel built so much and done so much and have all the proprty that i have , with its net value of about a half mil , and got it with detumination , hard work and by my self , even after the losses from marrige to a gold bricking , trinkit wonting selfish women , that couldent see what i was building for her future and those i wished to help learn and live a better more sustaning lifestyle for them , there familys and the country . If you get sold this idea of "faith" then I can sell you anything. There is magical dragons in the sky...that sounds silly right? Unless you have faith there is and you would feverishly defend it.

No speedfunk you cant sell me enythang ! And Everty thang on this earth can be used for Good and Bad , The Bible is No deferent . That is the duality of life , a bunch of rocks can be used to build a buitiful house or cherch or it can be used to kill people . If ALL people today followed the Bible and The Ten Comandments the world would be a better place . The Truth of it all is every one twists everythang to benifit them selfs , LAW MAKERS , BIG BUISNESS , and each ONE OF USE . We pick out the best ezyest parts and leave the rest , religuse leders do the same thing , most of them are only doing there job and after your money , in the name of God , thay work for there cherch and not for God , God dosent want your money , just you to be a better person , a better spirit and for you to give repect for all you receve and for you to treat each other with respect and kindness . WELL ENUF OF THE GOAT MILK SOAP BOX , but No im not giving up or selling the homestead , IN facted i just got 2 more Bull Calf's to start training as Oxen . And Yes steel looking for people that are in to this lifestyle , A cople that where coming and had donated a shreder , rottotiller and a computer to the project will not be able to now come becuse of one of them having hart failure , please pray for them , thank you . The Calf's are doing very good on the goats milk and we just got some much needed rain , starting to clean out the garden it's time to plant the fall garden here in the south , so get to work you southerners , this could be the best growing season this year , becuse of the rain coming over this growing season unlike the sping season .

Who cares how he spells? He's out there trying every day and doing the best he knows how. I find no reason to make fun of his spelling. Heck I have a college degree in Education and I can't spell very well either - thank goodness for spell check on the computer.

Why on earth would you post something like this? If there is anything that gets me fired up, it's seeing someone being made fun of. If I may be so bold...YOUR spelling is not always perfect either!

As the old saying goes...If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all! Lot of wisdom in those words.

I'm not talking about expressing a difference of opinion. We all have a right to do that...and we should. But trying to make someone else feel bad by purposely making fun of them...that is just WRONG! Come on...are we still in middle school?

And im dislixsce , yes i know thats not spelled right , but to figure out how , for me takes a lot of time , and then i have lost my hole train of thoght in that time . so sorry . But i bet i can dig faster and build more faster then most 55 years old's . when it come to the full packige of homesteading most are homesteading by watching " little house on the prairie " setting on the couch , looking out the window here and there to see if the hired hands are getting the work done , i know , i have care taken lots of peoples places , some cattle ranches others hobby farms , one was , one of the Beach Boys places , so i have seen a lot , done a lot , learned a lot and have a lot to learn and a little spelling problem is nothing thats going to stop me ,,,, So All You Dreamers remember ,, Things start with a dream , just dont stop there ,,, even if you cant spell ,, make that dream come true ,, you'll have a better life and one day your life and the ones around you , may be saved becuse of it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, mike ,,,,,,,,,,,,

I know that just here in sabine county that there are about 45 people getting countryside magazine ? I did have a very Good sping garden and started it a little late , but i have a nice deep well to keep it going , there was more then i could eat ! DM, I noticed the smiley before work this morning and FWIW I thought he was doing it on purpose too.. sort of like a "country speak" or in his case an "east Texas speak" sort of thing. Your always so helpful to folks that it never crossed my mind that you were poking fun "AT" him.

It's Ok I know with Dysiexia i'll never be a grand master pontificator , I do wish i could read and write better , it slow going with it , but its not every thang . It' a small thang after living through , my bisness being distroyed by hericane Ike , dealing with all the Goverment agences only to be denied help from all , living in 2 deferent depresed areas with little prospeces for a job , becuse i wasent borned in eny of them , then theres the 2 forest fires , one i was evacuated from but thay stoped it and i dident lose eny thang . Then the mud slides that happen after fires , this closed hiway 1 along the big sur calif coast for a year and the 25 to 30 familys living there where trapped , that was a good time i saw how people could work together at bad times , and the only way out for use , was over most that year was to hike out or i think it was about every month air national garde would fly supplys in . Also the big earth quake the mest up the coast douring the 49er game . All these thangs have been a real trip at the time , but have made me stronger and to relize how small bad spelling is . I thank that with the bad things going on in this world and most not getting it , there are mush worse to come and all i have been through has been to get me ready for it , i try to get people together on all this but that has not worked , cant even find people that wish to be part of what im doing here . the goverment and big bisiness have use just where thay wish us , Devided , depressed , slaves to are wonts and needs and maximizing there cash flow by sending jobs over seas , to pay them less and have less jobs here , then tell us to buy more and more to get the econamy going . It's that old saying , what hard times dont kill you will make you stronger .

Hasn't worked for me, either. If they don't want to hear it, they won't. The only answer for me is to just keep going. When people are ready, they start asking questions.

FWIW, I have a bit of dyslexia too. I have to proofread everything several times, and usually edit several times. Keep on keeping on. You're doing fine. :)

Soon , money to finish the milking parlor ,,, No more milking out side in the heat , rain , dust , dert , with those vishiuse biting vanpire flys atacking the goats and me ,,, soon the inside of the new parlor i have built can be finished with insulation , A/C , running water in sink , sreen door for me and small in and out doors for goats , plus bricked in covered loffing pen for them to wait in , before and after milking . THANK YOU GOD . The Oxen are going good , getting bigger on that Goat milk and starting to eat grain . starting to Halter train them . Got about 4 inches of rain , so the garden is looking very nice , corn and beans have come up . Figs are ripening and tast grate , the peaches have just started ripening . Hope to try my first Cheese making in about a month and a half , when the Oxen are weaned and no longer need the milk . Well theres an update , steel looking for people wishing to learn/help/or be part of this project , if your out there write

We are very interested in your proposal. We talked with someone else on this forum about a similar proposal but it fell through. Our dream is to homestead but we feel we lack the knowledge to do so on our own. We would love to be able to work on a homestead with a knowledgable Christian homesteader to eventually aquire the skills to be on our own. We are definitely looking at moving very soon, so we are in a position to be able to do something like this. We are a family, though with 3 children, soon to be 4. (Many hands make light work!). We would like to be able to discuss this with you further. Let me know if you are also interested in discussing this further.

Well i have not found eny people wishing to be part of this homestead project , but im finding more people in this area that are doing some of the same projects on there places as i help restart the countys farmer's coop and markit . One of them has a farm and raise lots of vegys and has a SYRUP MILL too , his works of his trackor , ware as my will work with my Oxen to power it . The goats are doing real good and the oxen are growing and learning fast . Well back to work , have a grate day

With Things going the way thay are in this world and country ,you would think that there would be more people wisking to live the homesteaders lifestyle , gitting back to bascics and stop liveing the consumerizum , idustrelizum , capitalizum and socilizum of are sicioety that is crashing down all around us and makes slaves of people . im trying to set up this homestead as a focal point to a sustanable community im trying to get going around it .
