Zero Energy Homes

I thought this was somewhat interesting. I only looked at one floor plan. Didn't care for it really. Although they did mention it is being considered for habitat for humanity homes. Something I always wondered why they didn't do for the low income people instead of always helping to pay their high energy bills. I designed my own house that I hope to build someday.
