While I agree the bill is bad the last link was to the bill that was not approved. None of the sections he talked about are in the bill that was approved in those locations. So its very hard (final bill is 2016 pages long) to determine what got approved or what did not. One thing he said was illegals would have health care but in the bill that got approved it says.

SEC. 347. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED
ALIENS.
Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments
for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are
not lawfully present in the United States.
