Cil, going to speculate here a little. Presume you are saying an old building, hotel, etc kind of place is closing and going to be demoed.

Also presume there is going to be an auction or other disposition of the contents. Some real historical antiques and such can be had at something like that.

If you are into that kind of thing, good luck in your quest. And there can be a few $$$ to be made at such things.
