it IS leera, the house is in the boonies, don't pay attention to that "city lot" thing, the house has three acres. Use the map option and do the aerial and use the close in feature, you'll see. The "city" has 135 population.
Lots of that out here, places used to be "cities" with even small populations. This is a DIFFERENT place, not like back EAST.
