Do you ever have some item and you wonder what could be made out if it? Can you guys come up with ideas for me?
I have two pieces of plywood, each is 2ft x 2ft square x 3/4" thick. I don't even know what I got them for, but I've had them a long time.

A Base for a home made lamp, Fire wood , Wood burn on them , Put legs on them for some patio end tables , Cut them corner to corner and make some corner shelves, Mount some pictures on them. Thats a start.

I say shelves too! OR if you have outside water tanks, you can use them to cover up most of the water in the winter so it won't freeze (just leave a little part open for livestock to drink). If you are creative, you can use them as a base for a collage, painting, mirror, etc.

cut an approximate oval hole out of one say about 10 inches by 8 inches about 3 inches from the front . *Then attach it to a 5 gallon bucket that the bottom has been taken out of and you have a great camp toilet.... dig a hole set it over it and go.. want more compact?... just use the board with no bucket... then in the field prop it b etween two logs or a couple of rocks.
or shelves.. whichever..

p.s. if you are handy with a staple gun and scissors you can upholster it before you attach it to the bucket for more comfort. (smiles).. or upholster the whole thing and add legs for a stool or ottoman..

I used a board a little thinner but! I make jewelry and needed a place to hang things. I got tired of hunting in the jewelry box only to find things tangled or missing,so my board has wire hangers I made. fold a piece of wire in half and curl one end(try 4 inches then see what you want) bend it up and fix it to the board(small screws or heavy duty glue) for earrings take a longer piece of wire and start making little circles on the ends bend 2 inches so the wire will stand away from the board curl the ends and fix it to the board. You can paint the board to match your room and it becomes a work of art.

What about a durable birdhouse or feeder for outside. Could be a great gift!
