I like the idea of making a basic mix. However, I react to powdered milk, so I leave out milk and add raw milk when baking.

question, how come whenever apples are used there is always cinnamon as a spice? Is there a law that says you have to use cinnamon with apples? Rum and lemon juice with a few raisins is very good with apples, also soour cream. or nothing at all, if you want just the apple flavor.

Another great site. I love all these for the fact you know that they won't contain all those ingredients that you can't pronounce. So much more healthful.
