"M16 / AR15" Multi tool

I have heard there is a dedicated multi tool for the AR / M16 family rifles.

Never seen one, can't find one going to the sporting goods / shooting sports suppliers web sites.

Anyone ever seen one, used one, know anything about it ?
Does it really exist ?
What specific tools are on it ?
Or is this rumor a crock of stinky stuff.................

Gerber makes one I beleive, I have seen them at the BX but never picked one up.

My bad in that I wasn't very specific. I was thinking more of a "Leatherman" style tool.

Turns out there are a couple pretty good tools available. Found a Gerber tool that is interesting. (http://www.gerber-tools.com/Gerber-eFECT-Military-Maintenance-Tool-30-000030.php)
