can storage unit...

A couple of weeks ago I was looking at can storage units on youtube... I finally found one I liked that used 2x6's and was backed with "pegboard".

Now I have gone back and can't find it. I really liked this one because you could basically adjust it to any size you wanted...

anyone remember seeing this?

Thank you I really like this idea. Don't have a lot of cans as I plan on doing a lot more canning but this idea could be scaled in half if need be. Even at full size its just 4 feet wide which is not a lot of space to give up. I like the idea of peg board so you can see inventory and also to hang stuff on.

Personally I would not use 3/8" ply wood I would spend the extra money and grab a 3/4" sheet. IMHO I think its not that much more money and well worth it.

I agree with scaling it back and beefing it up. My thought is to use two by's instead of one by's... and be able to hang it on a wall!

Thank you for sharing this link. I have been thinking about the same thing, even working ideas of canned pantry space into my existing walls in our double wide. Hope yours turns out well!
