We went to Walmart tonight and they had outdoor cookers on clearance. These are on a two foot tall stand, have the propane burner and connections and come with a pot and strainer for deep frying.

They were $16! We got three! Two can be used for many things like chicken scalders - alternating heating and scalding pots. Outdoor canners, my kitchen is so small and gets unbearably hot with canners going! Or other outdoor cooking. The third one is going to be cut down and put in the wood fired hot tub to switch it over to propane. We are thinking then it could go either way... Haven't fired the hottub up in a while because the trips out in this pouring rain to keep it stoked are not quite worth it at this point! Plus the rain cools it off as fast as it heats up! It was also getting down to a point that would freeze the tank so we had to drain it for a couple of weeks.

Buying three.......smart move there Deb.

We're so crowded here I don't have room for anything else. Sure wish I did though. Wonder if our WM has them on sale?

Deberosa, what brand are they? Coleman or Ozark Trail or other? Those are the only brands that I find at WM here. Everything I found on 2-12 that was close to your description was over $50. I'll look again next week.
Sounds like you made a good investment, though :)!

PS: I'll give you $20 for a blue one. ;D

My wife use to work for wally world.
She got my Charbroil gas grill for $20 (Reg $129)
And our kerosene heater for $50 (reg $159).

If it stays in stock too long they clearance it.
You can find some great bargains on the clearance isle.
First place I head when the wife drags me to WM.

About a month ago I bought a camp style Lodge dutch oven that retails for $89 for $25 at wally world but for the most part the clearance aisle at Walmart compared to past years has been very slim pickings. Its mostly junk.
