Great buys made my day

My wife and I went shopping today and made a stop at an outlet store before going to the grocery store. This outlet store just got in some canned foods. One item I picked up was bumble bee canned red sockeye salmon at 50c a can. I bought 16 cans because I thought it was a good buy. Also got 16 cans of hormel roast beef and gravy for $1 a can and 10 cans ofbumble bee prime white albacore tuna for 25c . When I checked at the winco grocery the salmon was $3.59, the hormel beef was $2.59 and the tuna was $1.99. After seeing the price at the regular sotre I went back and bought all the salmon they had (10 more cans) left . Made my day and helped fill my pantry.

Wow - that's a great buy! I love scallopped salmon with canned salmon.

As I was reading your post I was thinking "AACK and you didn't buy all they had???" but then I got to the end and saw that you didn't disappoint. ;-)

I love canned corned beef hash and buy it everytime I see it on sale.

While I was there picking up the salmon I got the last 4 cans of corned beef hash for 25c a can.
