Hello all, I just wanted to let you all know about the deal I just got a china mart. While shopping last night I came across 2, 10 pound bags of chicken leg quarters for $3.29 each. 20# of meat for $6.58.

Now all I have to do is figure out what I'll do with it all. I'm probably going to can it all. I'll can the broth too. Have you priced broth at the store?

Well, all that chicken ended op being about 5 quarts of meat and I made about 2.5 gallons of chicken stock. I could have made about twice that much stock but I finally gave up.

This isn't a food find but I was tickled to find 2 kids games at my local thrift store today.Trouble for1.49 and Hungry Hippos for .99.On top of that kids games were 50% off,so I got both for 1.25.Oh Happy Day!
