I got to thinking about whas ben go'n on in your life of late. Honey, you've really ben struggling.

Remember not so long ago you made a decision to get close to God? Think about that, tx. The enemy roams about like a lion seeking who he may devour. You made a stand and he din't like it. His methods are pretty predictable. Either something extreme beats us over the head or subtle things begin to happen that keep us so preoccupied that we don't think to cry out to God or to go against the evil one and rebuke him.. coz we're jus trying to keep from drowning. I know that when it happens to me I get so upset with myself for allowing myself to be tormented when I had the AUTHORITY as a child of God to rebuke trouble.. all along.

tx, our walk of faith isn't a small thing. Whatever God Allows or the devil SENDS.. God can and will use to our benefit, for He has given us His word Never to leave us nor forsaken us. He has an expected end for us. Our job is to read the Word and write it on the table of our hearts so we can brandish our spiritual swords and do battle when required.. and to walk in obedience according to God's Word. The God of Creation and all of His angels are walking with us. The Lord Jesus already beat hell, death, and the grave on our behalf. Just think tx how our day to day problems are really so small when we realize how GREAT a help we have in our Father!

Jeremiah 29:11 tells us
11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. tx our Sovereign God has all the power and can deliver the goodness He wants for us. He also has the stamina and strength to fill us with so that we can walk our Journey walks in victory. We will never grow or come to realize what an awesome God we serve if we do not struggle and groan.. eventually seeing what God wants to do to reveal His great love for us. Sometimes parents call it "Tough Love" when we struggle with our children in LOVE.. helping them to reach for better lives.

"I love Jesus and Jesus loves me. Thas all I need. I got it figured out!" Not really. "I walked on shards of glass and bled, fell down in despair and cried, suffered in spirit until I felt the breath of death upon me.. and God lifted me Up and Out of my trouble".. Thas our lives in Christ. Thas how we come to a place where we are so overwhelmed by God's mercy and grace that Nothing.. Nothing can shake our faith because God has Proven Himself time after time after time...

it is written.. Matthew 11:28-30
28Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

tx, I speak of things I know. My Journey has been an incredible one and I would not trade it for anything. God has shown me how much He cares for me and has never left me for a moment.. not when the enemy has sought to destroy me.. and not when I walked on my own, without our Father.

We cannot see around the corners, but God can. He knew the end from the beginning, you see. Trust Him.. for He alone is worthy of our trust.. and Praise!

Thanks Grizz, I don't know if things are getting to me or what you said struck a chord but I have tears in my eyes and i'm trying to keep from crying. I really appreciate your friendship. I guess i'll do a little reading in the good book and just let myself relax for a while.

I wish I was there, we'd play some and pray.. Fellowship is so important, but we do have this little forum to come together on.. and sometimes thas a lifeline.. and lots of hugs. Smile Shugga, the Calvary's on the way!
