Yes it is. I purchased at the Roseville, CA store (Placer County).

many Wal-mart stores are now carrying Montana Wheat products in 25 and 1 pound sacks. I am lucky, I live close so can drive over to the main store, and we have a local outlet that will get me wheat in 50 and 100 lbs sacks in two days if I call them. They usually have 50 lbs sacks in the stores, but since they use so much they might have you wait a day or two until the next truck stops in.
