Just happened to be browsing in my local gun shop today and they had a NIB Springfield XD 9mm compact for 469.95 and a USED but never been shot 3rd generation Glock 23 *.40 cal, for 439.00 *not being able to make up my mind i figured i would get the Springy for the wife since she just did her concealed carry class and put the Glock on layaway... *See i have a Glock 19C on order through Glock and thier LEO program but there is no idea when it will be shipped... were already at the 14 week mark and since i already have the .22 conversion kit and it will work on the 23... why not huh... hehehehe..

I quite agree. I just picked up a GLOCK 32 on the LEO program and have a .40 barrel on order AND I hope to get a .22 kit AND I am looking to get a G19 slide and barrel as well to have a super option for multicaliber fun. I still plan to carry my baby GLOCK 26 most of the time though. :)

we think too much alike....they have a conversion at my gun store for 239 im thining of picking it up so i have one for each gun so the wife and i can both shoot 22's cause i know she will steal my 19 when it gets here havent considered the different barrels yet... but its coming... do you know of a site that has that info easily read ? on swapping barrels and slides ?
