This handgun, Czech military issue, is a decent personal weapon.

My problem is with the hi cap mags that I have bought since I obtained the handgun.

I purchased a 30rd mag from Cabelas a year ago and it will not chamber the rounds. Another mail order company sent me the 16rd mag and it will not chamber the rounds.

I note that the backside of the mags, where the slide would push the round into the chamber is different.

My question is: If I burr the backside of the mag out, will this help me solve this problem?

If the slide is stopping or being hindered by the back of the magazine, then removing some material with a good dremel stone or a small fine file may indeed solve the problem.
Without seeing exactly what you are talking about I cannot say for sure.

Buy MEC-GAR magazine and you won't have any problems. ;D

Another vote for Mec-Gar, also check to see if Chip McCormick sells CZ mags.

CZ's are great weapons, the Czechs make some of the best small arms in the world. Always lusted after a Skorpion.

Their .22's are great values as well if you know a kid that needs a first rifle, or a grownup that needs another.
