Today an old man who is a yankee which has been converted to a southerner brought an old military knife in to me I had been after him to sell me for a long time. He came carrying it in and after I inspected it I asked him how much and he said 'A quarter'. 'Of?' I responded......... 'A quarter. Old Indian thing, I give you something metal, you have to give me something metal back. A penny will do.'
I paid .25cens for it. It is an old Cattaraugus 225Q. GREAT leather sheath, although it isn't original, but the thing is in awesome shape! This thing is a piece of steel to be reckoned with and I am now super in love with it. It is sooo heavy and capable of snapping bone and severing soft tissue, I cannot say enough good about it.
Anybody else got one?
