Archangel,
Go check out Amazon.com - there are quite a few! Here are some I found:
Wild edible plants of Western North America by Donald R. Kirk ($4.00 for a used copy at Amazon)
also:
Edible and Medicinal Plants of the West by Gregory L. Tilford
Common Edible and Useful Plants of the West (Outdoor and Nature) by Muriel Sweet
Identifying and Harvesting Edible and Medicinal Plants in Wild (and Not So Wild) Places by Steve Brill
A Field Guide to Western Medicinal Plants and Herbs by Steven Foster
Edible and Useful Plants of California (California Natural
Here's a link to the first one. The review said it wasn't a cookbook, but a good book for identifying plants with decent line drawings and a few photos. The reviews are good to decide if it's the type you're looking for, and I've had very good luck buying used books at Amazon.
The list was just copied from their list of "People who bought this book also bought . . ." - and each one has a link so you can read reviews and check prices.
You might also find these books cheaper at www.abebooks.com - but it's easier to locate them at Amazon.
