Online sources for ammo

Do any of you purchase your ammo online and if so where? I have been looking and there are places that sell online but wanted to find out what places people have actually used.

Depends mostly on what you are looking for. The only ammo I have ordered online is from AIM Surplus www.aimsurplus.com . They were excellent to deal with. I have also tried SOG www.southernohiogun.com but when I called about some advertised specials, they told me they hadn't received their shipment yet.
Pick up a copy of Shot Gun News; it has tons of ads for online ammo retailers.
Most online retailers require a signed waiver and a copy of your drivers license before they will sell you ammo. Some will take a faxed/emailed copy of a drivers license. And then some don't require anything.
Be careful of hidden costs. The ammo may sound cheap, but some will hit you bad for shipping. Gulf Coast Ammunition wanted $56.00 to ship ammo to my house, AIM only charged me $14.00. Both are the same distance from my house.

A lot of companies are soaking people on shipping. You need to watch that for anything that you buy and have shipped. I guess they feel its another way to make money for the company.
