I have an Amerisafe 30 gun..wanted a 60 gun but could not get it into the basement.
Sentury is another good safe made in rochester NY.

Get the biggest you can afford.

sentry safe fire proof- largest model. Best bang for the buck and one of the best fire ratings.

You can get them at some LOWES. My wife works there so we got a discount. Even without a discount a good deal and they do go on sale periodically. Shortly, we may invest in another becasue we seem to keep filling them up. :)

Might want to consider bolting it down when you get one, and lets face it, if you have 4 ave guns that's about the price of a middle of the road gun safe.

They are built/come pretty heavy, but if you bolt it down, you increase the chances of it still being there when you get back.

Remember when we used to keep them in glass-fronted cases so that we (and others) could stop and admire them from time to time?

I remember we kept them in Gun racks hanging on the wall.
