There are plenty of firearms that chamber .410 bore and .45LC. Would it be feasible to construct a firearm that can fire those two, wth the addition of .45ACP?
case diameters:
.45LC: .480" (12.2mm)
.45ACP: .473" neck, .476" base (12.0mm, 12.1mm)
will the slightly smaller case diameter of the .45ACP cause a case rupture and personal injury?
in a revolver, .45ACP will require moon clips. can a revolver that takes moon clips also hold rimmed ammunition? will a seperate cylinder be required?
